Supply:

Orders made on this website are accepted from within Australia only.

International customers please contact us if you wish to make a purchase.

Payment:

Our payment terms are 7 days. Your order will be cancelled if payment is not recieved within this time frame. We accept Bank Deposit, Paypal, Paymate and Money Order.

Lay-By:

We offer a 6 week Layby service. Please notify us before your make your purchases if you wish to utilise this service. Conditions apply:

• Minimum purchase amount $100
• 20% deposit required within 7 days
• Regular payments required. We do accept Paypal or Paymate for Layby purchases.
• A cancelled order forfeits deposit. Any other payments will be refunded.
• Finalisation required 6 weeks from purchase date or deposit is forfeit - unless other arrangements have been made.

Postage:

Postage is Flat Rate $6.00 to anywhere in Australia! Your order will be shipped via Registered Post (or Express Post if requested)!

Delivery:

All items are shipped via Australia Post. Orders are sent within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Notification will be sent to confirm postage of your order. Please allow a reasonable time frame for your order to be delivered by Australia Post.

Refunds:

As per the Fair Trading Act (VIC), online sales are subject to a 10 day cooling-off period. Orders can be cancelled up to 10 days after placed. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase date with your intention to return goods under the cooling-off provision. Please note that goods must be returned unopened and unused in order to be eligible for a full product refund. Postage costs are the responsibility of the consumer and are not refundable.

We will meet our obligation under the relevant Legislation to provide a remedy if goods are found to be defective. Contact must be made within 3 days of reciept of your order if you wish to lodge a claim. Items are required to be returned to us for inspection before a refund/exchange/credit will be considered.
